Perfect Presentations

B & B Solutions offers rental of Audio/Visual Presentation Equipment for indoor presentation only.  Total Rental Price for all equipment is $150.  Setup instructions are provided.


You pay a $100 Down Payment to book your date and reserve the equipment.  A $300 Equipment Deposit will be held and refunded upon return of the equipment in good condition after your event.

NOTE: For a stand-alone configuration, you will need a minimum space of 6' wide by 11' deep and close access to an electrical outlet. We provide a cord cover for the space between the projector and the screen, but it is best to have an area where your guests will not be likely to walk through.


Crates may be used to additionally elevate the screen, as shown here.
