Planning Your Video

In the Video Keepsake Planner you will find organizational tools and suggestions for making your project an easy, fun, and rewarding one. The Video Keepsakes Tote Bag is yours to keep with any order.

BBSOLUTIONS 2GB Flash Drive - The flash drive is ready for you to use to collect photos. It contains:

• 20 Segment folders for organizing your photos - Family, friends, or group members can email or give their favorite pictures to you electronically, and you can save them onto the BBSOLUTIONS Flash Drive. You can rename or add to folder names if that helps you.
• A Forms folder that contains electronic copies of the forms in the Planner.

The Video Keepsake Planner contains:

• Pocket Dividers - Use the Pocket Dividers to collect hard copy photos and track electronic photos you have collected on the Flash Drve. Hard copies can be scanned by B & B Solutions for a fee, or you can scan and save them onto the Flash Drive. As you collect photos onto the Flash Drive, you can jot them down on the Segment Planning pages provided.
• Forms – Use the forms provided to help you organize your photos.
• Segment Suggestions - We will arrange your video into segments with transitions and different pieces of music. This is the key to making your video interesting and fun to watch!
